Reservations & Deposit

Make A Reservation:
The best way to make a reservation is to call us. 
We will walk you through the whole trip planning process - make route suggestions, gear suggestions and even secure all your permits for you.  We will map your route, pack your equipment, pack your food and give you a complete trip orientation upon your arrival.  Don't wait, Call today and let your Boundary Waters Vacation begin!

Deposits
To make a reservation a deposit of $50 per person is required for Complete Outfitting Packages plus your BWCA permit fee ($20.00) and US Forest Service camping fees for 2 people ($20).  A deposit of $100 plus permit and camping fees is required per group for Partial Outfitting.

Cancellations & Early Returns
In the event of a cancellation, deposits (minus permit, camping fees and a $35 service fee) will be applied towards a future trip with Boundary waters Outfitters.  Deposit is valid for up to 2 years.  No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the trip is to begin.  If you return early from your trip, we will refund the amount of unused days less two days.  No refunds on food or lodging on early returns.
